| The OMNIBUS 1325 network unites women and men actively involved in peacebuilding work in the spheres of civic education, consultancy and support for victims of violence in the regions and countries of the Caucasus and in Germany. Members of the network are based in Abkhazia, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Dagestan, Georgia, North Ossetia, Kabardino-Balkaria, Chechnya, Rostov region, Nagorno-Karabakh, and different cities of Germany. They are actively working towards the support of non-violent and constructive resolutions of conflicts as well as the inclusion of gender aspects in peacebuilding activities.
Special attention is paid to the promotion and support of local initiatives by peace activists.[english version] | |
